W ith in j u s t tw o w e e k s of re tu rn ing to South Bend, one s tudent has been assaulted in h e r Turtle Creek a p a r tm e n t , another robbed on Notre Dame Ave., a few b u rg la r iz e d , two a rres ted and at least 86 cited for underage drinking. The series of events has some students questioning the deci­ sion to move o ff -cam pus , or even to pop outside the bubble of Notre Dame on the weekends. For most, money — like the prospect of forking it over to South Bend for an u n d e ra g e d r in k in g c i ta t io n — w as the greatest concern. “I really don’t think it’s worth the risk,” sophomore Miranda Moyer said. “For me, getting a t ick e t ... w o u ld n ’t be a good thing.”
